As part of Logan Center for the Arts Chicago Stages, Arman Sangalang Quartet perform a free one hour set at Cafe Logan. This is a free pre-show concert before the Melissa Aldana Quartet

Arman Sangalang is a saxophonist, composer, and educator based in Chicago. Throughout his career, he’s had the honor of sharing the stage with notable jazz artists such as Matt Ulery, Dave Miller, Lenard Simpson, Reggie Thomas, Bobby Broom, Cami Mennitte, and countless others. Arman leads the Arman Sangalang Quartet which feature his original compositions and IRIS, a jazz quintet. He can be seen throughout Chicago at venues like Fulton Street Collective, Elastic Arts, Montrose Saloon, the Epiphany Center for the Arts and Cafe Mustache. In 2022, his quartet featuring Dave Miller, Matt Ulery and Devin Drobka performed at the Chicago Jazz Festival.
