Hailing from Britain. Singer Norma Winstone has had a career in the music biz that spans over 35 years. Today she returns with her new album entitled 'Distances' which features pianist Glauco Venier and reeds player Klaus Gesing. This disc is one of the more superior jazz vocal offerings to have been released in a while. I found it to be much more adventurous and exciting than her last album, probably the best joint to hit the shelves in a minute. Have you guys heard this or anything remotely close to being this good?
